Good to know
You can reserve up to 30 days ahead — any further and people forget. Orders for a given day close at 4pm the evening before, once we’ve measured the flour; if that passes while you’re choosing, we’ll move your order to the next baking day and tell you what changed. Reservations hold until close on your pickup day; after that we sell the bread rather than waste it.
