Our partners

We know the people who grow our food.

Short ingredient lists only mean something if you know where the ingredients come from. These aren’t vendors on a purchase order — they’re people we’ve met, whose farms and mills we understand, and whose standards we won’t compromise on.

  • Flour · Trumansburg, New York

    Farmer Ground Flour

Stone-ground organic wheat, rye and spelt from a small cooperative mill in the Finger Lakes — unbleached, unbromated, unenriched, and milled slowly enough to keep the germ.

  • Flour · South San Francisco, California

    Giusto’s Vita-Grain

Four generations of milling. Our high-extraction and specialty flours, organic and never treated with anything that speeds up what time should do.

  • Honey · Central Indiana

    Madison’s Reserve

Raw, unfiltered local honey from hives a short drive away. It goes into the cinnamon swirl and the honey butter, and nowhere else it isn’t earned.

  • Olive oil · Main Street, Zionsville

    Zionsville Olive Oil

Our neighbors a few doors down. Cold-pressed oil for the focaccia, and the gift sets we pack together at the holidays.
